For the Jefferson project, we worked around a mature Coast Live Oak—preserving its presence while layering in new life. Tall Fern Pines create privacy, while Autumn Sage, Mat Rush, and a Long-Leafed Yellowwood bring movement, color, and rhythm. A clean-lined pool, black terraced planters, and soft green lawn give the space structure and calm—anchoring the landscape in both beauty and function.
