Modern Hillside

Emerald Hills, CA

On a steep hillside where neighborhood play wasn't an option, every square foot was carefully planned to give the family room to gather, play, and spend time outdoors. The design works around a mature Coast Live Oak, using layered planting for a sense of rhythm and color, Fern Pines for privacy, and a clean-lined pool with terraced planters to make the most of the site's unique topography.
